Go to Options, then Select Advanced Options. Select SIM Card ( Hit Menu and select Show Keyboard for TouchScreen phones. Skip this step for non TouchScreen phones).
Type MEPD (You will not see typed letters) (Please press P key twice to obtain P letter on sure type keyboards (95xx storm and 81xx pearl series)). please check the locks on the SIM menu and confirm they are Active or Disabled.
If any of lock (such as Network lock or Service Provider Lock) is Active then your phone is locked.

What does "Searching Network" or "No Service" messages mean ?

How to Enter Unlock Code on Blackberry Phones

1. Insert any SIM card and turn ON your Blackberry
2. Turn OFF all the wireless connections
3. Go to Options
4. Select Advanced Options
5. Select SIM Card
6. Hit Menu and select Show Keyboard for TouchScreen phones
(Skip this step for non TouchScreen phones).
7. Type MEPD
(Please press P key twice to obtain P letter on sure type keyboards) **
(You will not see typed letters)
8. Type MEP2
(Please press P key twice to obtain P letter on sure type keyboards.
(Press ALT then 2 to get number 2)
9. Now it will say Enter Network Mep Code
10. Enter the Unlock Code
11. Press Enter once
12. Restart your phone and Turn ON wireless connections
13. Your phone is now unlocked.

** You should press P Key twice to type P letter on sure type keyboards (81xx Pearl and 95xx Storm Series).
