How do I know if my phone is locked or unlocked ?You may use a SIM from a different cellular service provider and see if it works in your phone or not.
If it works, your phone is already unlocked. but if you receive some sort of messages such as;
"Enter Subsidy Password" , "Contact service provider" then your phone is locked.
The phone is not locked. but your phone may not support appropriate band for selected operator! or The phone may be out of the carrier's GSM service area or Carrier's signal may be weak.
Can you unlock my phone to other wireless phone networks if It is black listed ?No, we can not unlock phone, if the phone is blacklisted, reported stolen or lost!
Unlock Code will be useless on above conditions!
No, PIN and PUK are SIM's codes and we can not provide PIN or PUK Codes !
We provide Subsidy Password or Subsidy Code for the mobile phone.
Contact Service Provider message indicates that wrong unlock codes have been entered (On Motorola phones).
To remove contact service provider message from the phone, Leave your phone Powered on between
1 to 24 hours until Enter Subsidy code message displayed again.
Phone Freeze message indicates that wrong or random unlock codes have been entere (On Samsung phones).
and number of unlock code entry limit is exceed. you can not unlock a phone in Phone Freeze warning status.
Unfreeze code is required. however, we do not provide unfreeze code for AT&T Samsung phones via regular AT&T unlock code service (Please contact us to learn how to obtain unfreeze code).
