The following are the Terms and Conditions of orders placed with Wireless Unlock on ordering
from Wireless Unlock you confirm your agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Unlock Code will be be sent by e-mail within 6 to 24 hours on receipt of cleared payment.
Please configure properly any filtering program you are using to avoid of non-receipt of e-mails
(If you are using an email with filtering capability, you may also check filtered emails folder).
You may also contact us via Web Help Desk if you have email delivery issue.
We guarantee your money back and restore your phone to the original state on following conditions
- Phone is still locked after you enter unlocking code provided by us.
To Benefit from Warranty
Please contact us (with your Transaction ID)
within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- You can be refunded (in full) under the warranty term within 30 days upon your request.
- You can be refunded (in full) if unlocking code does not work for your pone.

Orders placed online can be placed on our order form.
Payments placed online will be placed on 128 bit secure servers. On this form, all credit / debit
card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for
transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. Wireless Unlock never actually sees
your credit / debit card details.
Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing
an order online.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept
secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only.
